With technology comes the responsibility to use it.

Although FEMCO Drain Technology has been around for 30 years, it takes time for potential users to see the benefits of using drain plugs and drainers connected to either longer hoses / vacuum systems or other that lead the used oil directly into a chosen container.
The benefits?

Health and safety: No oil splashing on skin, hands, faces ... and not causing slip and fall issues on shop floors. NO burns from HOT oil.
Environmental solution: Whether in a shop, out in the yard or on site, draining oil is often challenging based on how equipment builders design their machines without thinking of access to drains. Whether engine, hydraulic, gear box or transmission, some machines cause a LOT of spills simply due to bad design.
Productivity: Engine oil should be changed when it is HOT as this is when contaminants are still floating and not settled at the bottom of the pan. FEMCO facilitates these changes quickly, safely and when the oil is HOT.
